Row 34 Fort Point is seeking an experienced Fish Butcher to join the team. As a restaurant, we believe in using only the highest quality and seasonal ingredients, changing our menu frequently to highlight the fresh fish, shellfish, and oysters we receive daily. We look for those people who are passionate about their work and their work environment. Qualified candidates are punctual, efficient, and looking to learn something new everyday. As part of your job duties, you will be butchering whole fish, will play a role in receiving fish deliveries, and organizing the walk in to maintain freshness of products. We are a teaching oriented kitchen providing opportunities for growth within the company. 1-2 years of previous experience is required. Designed to be approachable, convivial and neighborhood focused, Row 34 is an oyster bar celebrating New England's rich seafood traditions. Row 34 is open for lunch and dinner, 7 days a week.
