3 Greens Market is seeking a Part-Time Line Cook/Brunch Cook (Small Cheval Window) to join their team. 3 Greens Market brings Chicago’s River North neighborhood a combination of Hogsalt’s greatest hits located at 354 W. Hubbard Street. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, and includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen and Maude’s Liquor Bar. Starting pay rate for this position is $15/hr.
We are looking for individuals who have availability Saturday and Sunday from 7am to 5pm, a strong work ethic, are team players, work well under pressure and breakfast cooking experience is preferred. Culinary degree a plus but not required.
3 Greens Market is a casual restaurant, coffee shop, grab-and-go marketplace and bar, offering a diverse assortment of food and beverage choices under one room. Guests can create their own hot or cold culinary destiny at an 18-foot fresh salad bar, order directly from Dillman’s Pastrami Shop or indulge in a Small Cheval cheeseburger and golden fries.
