TORC restaurant in Napa is in search of a Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team.
Passionate individual sought, minimum 2 years fine dining experience. Must be a motivated self starter, capable to work execute mis en place and plating of dessert and cheese dishes, work neatly and organized, with respect to products and the profession. Must be willing to learn new/different techniques and standards. Ability to lift 60 lbs and stand for long periods of time.
