Monsieur Benjamin, a modern French Bistro in Hayes Valley, is looking for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join our team. Under the direction of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef, the Sous Chef oversees and coordinates all aspects of the kitchen - production of all savory and dessert items as well as the smooth operation of the stewarding department - in keeping with the company's standards of food quality and cleanliness.
This is a full time salaried position with comprehensive medical benefits.
We are seeking someone who is highly detail oriented, and can manage high volume and a fast pace production timeline.
-5 years kitchen prep and/or cooking experience
-At least one year of Sous Chef experience
