Our Exciting Work Environment

This position is located at Miller Park, home of the Milwaukee Brewers, a 43,000 seat facility.  Milwaukee Sportservice is the premier provider of foodservice and merchandise at Miller Park since 1970.  The projected revenues are $27 million.  Please visit for more information.   

The Opportunity

A successful Suites Manager will:

*Under direction of the Food & Beverage Director they will oversee and control of the luxury suites operatons.

*Maintain a positive client and customer realtionship, works with high end clients.

*Manage the activies of your Supervisor and Team Members total of about 60+.

*Work hand and hand with the Suites Chef and culinary team.

*Oversee training, scheduling.

*Montior food and beverage orders, deliveries to suite holders, daily sales reporting, accounts receivable and cash control.

*Monitor customer service, develop standards of service and follow through with customer concerns.

*Assists in creating new menu ideas.

*Perpare various operational and client reports.  Keeps all records pertaining to purchases, requisitions and liquor logs.

*Closes out attendants post game.

*Responsible for analyzing and preparing the annual budget.

*Handles customer concerns.

*All other duties assigned.


*Associates Degree or higher

*Hospitality Management, Business or Food Serivce

*Micros experience is preferred.

*Minimum of 3 years food service management experience in a high end, fast-paced enivornment.

*Specifically with experience in food preparation, inventory, cost control and purcashing.

*Customer Service orientated.

*Previous union experience is a plus.

*Excellent verbal communication and supervisory skills with the ability to analyze data and make decisions.

*Ability to be on your feet for long hours.

*Position may require 60+ hours per week during season.
