Maple & Ash/Eight Bar & Patio is looking to add a great Sous Chef to welcome to our food service team. Must have a minimum of three years experience in a management role in fine dinning/high volume restaurant, as well as the ability to effectively delegate responsibilities and maximize productivity. The ideal candidate must work in a fast paced environment, be quality conscious and have a keen eye for detail. As a company that is constantly developing new concepts, we want people who have a continuous and focused ambition to elevate the food scene in Chicago.
