Job Details
Due to business volume above expectations we now have immediate openings for three different level cooks:
Line Cook I - advanced line cook experience, ability to work a variety of stations and perform on multiple stations at one time during slower periods of service.  Must have experience leading by example and assisting less experienced Cooks how to learn and improve.  Opportunity to assist with menu item creation and recipe design.
Line Cook II - experienced line cook, ability to work at one or more stations, looking to continue to grow and develop in a diverse culinary environment with regular menu changes and adaptations
Line Cook III - minimal experience required, ability to display basic food prep knowledge and technique as well as general knife skills, looking to learn additional skills and aspire to take on new roles within a culinary team.
Daytime and Evening positions availble.  Must be able to work flexible schedule, weekends and holidays will be required as business dictates.
