The Fifty/50 Restaurant from the Fifty/50 Restaurant Group is looking for an eager and energetic person to join their team as a Junior Sous Chef. Duties will include: staff development, training, coaching, recipe testing and development, working closely with the Executive Chef in overseeing and executing the menu. A Fifty/50 Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for working their station in the kitchen and keeping a clean and sanitary work environment. An ideal candidate should have at least 3 years line cook experience. A successful candidate will play a key role in contributing to our customer satisfaction and acquisition goals.
