Looking for someone to come join our team - we are always looking for great talent, and as our busy season approaches we hope to add someone who is passionate about the restaurant industry. Need to have worked in the restaurant industry before, preferably have restaurant management experience but not required. 50-60hr work weeks, 5 days on, 2 days off every week. Very solid bonus structure in place based on performance. We really are looking for that person that notices the small things - the piece of paper on the stairs, the dust on a window sill, the smudge on a plate before it hits a table. It is those little things that make the difference between a manager and a "restaurant man/woman".
-Able to read a P & L
-Having that ability to treat the restaurant as your own
-skilled in guest interaction and building a customer base
-open to giving input on menu items, drink lists, hiring etc
Up to $60k based on job history
