Small, farm-to-table full-service catering company is seeking an experienced sous chef. We cater everything from weddings to in-home events and our menus include globally-inspired favorites, American classics and everything in-between.
The sous chef position is perfect for someone with 3+ years experience, preferably in a high volume environment. Looking for someone with excellent organizational skills who can think on their feet with minimal supervision and lead the prep kitchen as well as off-site jobs. Flexible schedule and night/weekend availability required.
Experience with food costing, inventory, and scheduling required. Basic computer skills and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Stage and tasting required. Competitive salary DOE. Medical, dental and vision benefits after 60 days and paid time off after 90 days.
