Cornerstone is expanding and we are looking for enthusiatic people to join our team! We are passionate about what we do and are looking for like-minded team players who are dedicated to their craft. Here at Cornerstone, we strive everyday to provide an amazing guest experience through beuatiful food and hospitality. We opened Cornerstone's doors in October 2015 as a 14+ seat BYOB restaurant and artisanal market with a focus in oysters, cheese, charcuterie, fresh pastas and highlighting seasonal small and large plates.

After 2 years of success and support of the industry and guests joining us from DC to Boston, we have been afforded the opportunity to expand. We will now be expanding to the space next door to include an addtional 24 seats, full bar with an incredible wine and craft cocktail program and an expansion of our raw bar program. We are drawing upon once again of all of our travels from the Sonoma Coast to the Nantucket shorelines to create an elegant yet relaxed dining experience. We are looking to hire immediately.



Join Cornerstone's exciting, culinary team as a line cook with the opportunity to grow as we expand. We are looking for a hard working, team member that share's the same dedication to our craft. Part-time opportunity with the ability to grow quickly into a full-time opportunity based upon proven performance. We are willing to train the right person and have them join the Cornerstone family.

Cornerstone is an inviting 14+ seat restaurant with a chef's counter and open kitchen that creates an elegant dining experience. The restaurant utilizes high caliber ingredients that highlight the ever-changing flavors of each season. The perfect marriage of California wine country, coastal New England, and the rustic charm of Europe's best kept secrets. Cornerstone's menu highlights small plates, large plates, tasting menu, our cheese & charcuterie program, some of the best oysters from the east & west coast, fresh pasta's and beautifully grilled meats & seafood. Nicholas Kondra, Executive Chef has over 4 years experience working on one of the oldest wood grill's in the country at the famed Straight Wharf Restaurant on Nantucket.

What we are looking for:
*Applicant must have AT LEAST 1 years of fine dining experience

*An outgoing personality. We are an open kitchen where you will be interacting with guests on a daily basis.
*GOOD ATTITUDE, A willingness to learn along with excitement and respect for the industry plus going the extra mile
*Your own reliable transportation - we are looking for dependability
*ATTENTION TO DETAIL & high self-standards - You MUST care on what goes on the plate. Consistency is key, tasting every dish that goes out to our guests.

Christine & Nicholas Kondra, owner & chefs + husband & wife team returned home after spending 10 years in Boston & Nantucket to open Cornerstone in the Fall of 2015. Christine working as a private chef & restaurant owned by the famed chef partners Jamie Bissonnette & Ken Oringer. Nick working his way up on the Nantucket & Boston restaurant scene, working at the famed Straight Wharf Restaurant (Nantucket) & Ten Tables in Harvard Square. Upon returning in Jan '14, Nick became the pasta chef at Amis under the well respected Brad Spence & Marc Vetri. Christine continued to private chef in Boston before both opened Cornerstone.
