Seasoned restaurateurs opening a second restaurant in Chicago, focusing on coastal Spanish and French country cuisines. We are beginning our search for a sous chef. We are looking for hard working individuals who are ready to lead a team. The sous chef will be immersed in ordering, kitchen and financial management. Creative input will be part of your job, although prior experience is not required. You will work closely with the executive chef managing the daily production, preparation and presentation of all food for the restaurant. A degree in Culinary Arts and/or a minimum of one to two years experience in a similar role preferred.
