Looking for an experienced line cook. Both our food & beverage menus focus on incorporating seasonal & regionally influenced foods (seasonal products usually include those from local farmers markets, while regional items take nods from traditional culinary influences of a particular region). The line cook position in the kitchen would require late hours, as our kitchen closes at 1:30AM and 2:30AM during the week/weekends. The position would include close to 40 hours/week and pay is negotiable based on experience. Learn seasonal cooking, modern cooking techniques, and other professional kitchen skills by our chef.
