We are seeking a Sous Chef for our Vivere restaurant. Vivere features regional contemporary Italian cusine with an emphasis on hand made pastas.Ideal candidate must have a passion for food,strong leadership and organizational skills .Must be able to work well in a high stress environment.An ability to multitask, follow recipes and execute. Knowledge of Italian cuisine a plus. Candidate must have at least one year of management experience. If you have a love for the industry this is the job for you.
