Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience and have the ability to manage line cooks, delegate to prep team and maintain daily ordering. One year minimum of kitchen management experience is a must.
Sous chef candidates should be passionate about food and cleanliness and be able to work as part of a dynamic team. We have a high-volume kitchen that requires cooks to be organized and confident with strong communication skills and a high attention to detail. Chefs should have the ability to adhere to kitchen standards and follow direction. A sense of urgency is a must.
