Chef April Bloomfield's Michelin-starred The Breslin Bar & Dining Room is seeking line cooks for immediate, full-time hire. We are looking for dedicated culinary professionals with two years of line cook experience, preferably. Pay is hourly and based on experience, to be determined upon completion of a successful kitchen trail.
Candidates should be passionate about food and cleanliness and be able to work as part of a dynamic team. We have a high-volume kitchen that requires cooks to be organized and confident with strong communication skills and a high attention to detail. Cooks should also hold the ability to adhere to kitchen standards and follow direction. A sense of urgency is essential.
This is the perfect opportunity for self-motivated individuals to get experience with exceptional ingredients making sophisticated and delicious food alongside a talented team. Position is full time and flexibility in scheduling is a must!
-Experience in a full service, high volume restaurant, preferably New York City

-Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
-Able to work under pressure.
