Job Details
Formento's is looking for a Sommelier to help run the floor and wine program. This candidate would assist with the Wine Program and list, as well as cellar upkeep and inventory. This person would essentially be the Sommelier on the floor selling and assisting our Beverage Director/GM. There is opportuniy to continuing education. Candidate must be passionate with wine, service, attention to detail.
The ideal candidates are tasked with serving guests in a helpful and professional manner and as part of a team, are responsible for ensuring total guest satisfaction. They are an important personal contact and ambassador to guide guests through their meal.
