 Sous Chef Candidate Should be self driven, able to work under pressure and manage the team. Have experience in banquets and expediting large parties/events. Experience in writing prep list for staff, ordering, managing inventory, scheduling and being able to communicate with other chefs, managers and hourlies effectively.
