Hiring an Experienced Sous Chef 

Come work in a kitchen that is high-energy and gives you the opportunity to work with REAL California-influenced cuisine! If you have had exposure to running kitchen operations, controlling food cost and labor budgets, and are an excellent communicator when in a fast-paced environment – we want to meet you! Our ideal candidate will be a good team player and ready to flourish in a fast-paced kitchen.

Ideally, we’re looking for a strong Sous Chef with 2+ years of management experience.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen
  • The ability to run a chef-driven, "scratch" kitchen
  • Strong working knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
  • Knowledge of cutting-edge culinary trends/local dining scene
  • Experience in setting up restaurants for day operations including kitchen ordering with the Chef

If you have any brunch experience, that is a huge plus too!
