Hiring an Experienced Sous Chef

Our ideal candidate will be a good team player and ready to flourish in a fast-paced kitchen.
Ideally, we’re looking for a strong Sous Chef with 2+ years of management experience.
- 2-3 years of Sous Chef experience in a high-volume kitchen
- The ability to run a chef-driven, "scratch" kitchen
- Strong working knowledge of BOH systems, ordering and inventory
- Knowledge of cutting-edge culinary trends/local dining scene
- Experience in setting up restaurants for day operations including kitchen ordering with the Chef
If you have any brunch experience, that is a huge plus too!
