The Spotted Pig, a Michelin-starred restaurant in NYC's West Village, is currently seeking a full-time line cook. Minimum of 3 years experience as sous in a comparable NYC restaurant is required. Candidates must be able to oversee cooks in a busy Michelin-starred kitchen. Butchery experience a plus. This position is salaried with full benefits.
