Proxi, a contemporary-American restaurant pulling inspiration from global street food, is currently seeking dedicated and passionate people to join our opening kitchen team lead by Chef Andrew Zimmerman.
The right candidates for our team have a willingness to learn and are focused, professional, team players. Experience is relative. Do you want to make great food? Do you understand your contract with our guests and their experience? Who you are as a cook and how you approach your craft and personal growth are of paramount importance for success in our kitchen. Weekend and evening availability are a requirement as well as the ability to work quickly and with purpose always. Experience with global cuisine and/or live fire cookery is a plus.
