Elske is a Michelin starred restaurant from James Beard Finalist Chef David Posey, Star Chefs Rising Star Pastry Chef Anna Posey and fellow One Off vet and Violet Hour opening bartender Kyle Davidson. Our focus is on our affordable and modern tasting menu, while also featuring a small a la carte menu and casual ambiance. The blended dynamic of our very high standards and fast pace needs to be deftly handled by combining experience from fine dining and volume service.

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate candidate to fill a full time host position, with dinner shifts Wednesday through Saturday. For their role in directly assisting the guest with service, we include our hosts in the tip pool.
-Helping manage the flow and plotting of the reservation book,
-Greeting guests warmly and checking coats if needed,
-Managing overflow and taking drink orders for waiting guests,
-Directing information back and forth with the floor staff in regards to plotting and turn times,
-Ability to describe all aspects of the food and beverage menus,
-Assisting General Manager with HR and admin work,
-Being able to assist with what is needed for service in any given moment.
