The Raymi/Latin Beet brotherhood is comprised of two brother restaurants located in the heart of the Flatiron District. We are fun, exciting and fast-paced family owned restaurant. About the Job:
As a Line Cook you will master unique stations like wok and ceviche, the latter centered in the middle of our dining room. Working at Raymi and Latin Beet, you will learn about Peruvian cuisine, one of the world’s fastest growing. While working alongside our talented chefs as they constantly evolve and reinvent Raymi and Latin Beet, producing high volume food with uncompromising quality, you will refine your cooking techniques and speed. Tasked with mastering the stations, you will also be accountable for cleanliness as well as food and equipment safety knowledge.

• At least 2 years of line experience
• High volume restaurant experience
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen, executing high quality food
• A passion for food, exceptional work ethic and dedication
