Bourbon Steak is looking for a Captain/Lead Server to join the team!
Our Captain will strive to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, maintain a strong professional demeanor on the floor and support servers in providing consistent and positive service with a warm and inviting attitude.
Responsibilities will include:
- Having an in depth knowledge of Food and Beverage in order to assist guests.
- Greeting guests and providing full service.
- Assist in training staff in food, beverage and steps of service.
- Support staff during service to insure a positive experience for guests.
- Have strong communication with Floor Managers.
- Help build a relationship with guests when appropriate.
- Minimum 2 years of fine dining restaurant experience.
- Extensive food and wine knowledge.
- Familiarity or previous experience.
