Job Details
 Schulson Collective's next restaurant is slated to open in the Spring of 2018 and we are beginning our search for the Executive Chef for Giuseppe & Sons. G&S will be a bi-level, old school Italian restaurant featuring a sandwich and pastry shop on the first floor, featuring pastries from the Termini Bros Bakery and a full service, fine-dining Italian restaurant open for dinner in the basement. Construction is underway and R&D is needed now! If you have proven experience running successful openings, menu development, staff development and overall excellent skills in the kitchen, we want you!
