Bavette's Bar & Boeuf is seeking an experienced and committed Line Cook. Pay rates range from $18-$20/hr based on experience. The famed Chicago restaurant, owned by Brendan Sodikoff, is heralded as one of the top steakhouses in the country. The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, which includes Au Cheval, Doughnut Vault, Gilt Bar, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market.

We are looking for experienced line cooks who have evening and weekend availability, a strong work ethic, are team players and work well under pressure. Culinary degree a plus but not required.

Bavette’s Bar & Boeuf offers timeless steakhouse fare. Guests can indulge in seafood towers, richly flavorful ribeyes, classic side dishes and house made desserts, including chocolate cream and lemon meringue pies.  Guests can also enjoy classic cocktails and a well-curated international wine list.
