Job Details
 Cassia is an upscale Southeast Asian restautant with influence from French and California cuisine. There is a variety of stations including; pantry, chilled seafood station, fryer, wok, tandoori oven, and a dual wood/charcoal grill, all utilizing different techniques. Everyone becomes acquainted with all stations.
 
As a part of the Rustic Canyon Family of Restaurants, Cassia offers competative wages and medical benefits.
