DUTIES Prepare and cook menu items in a timely manner. Perform station functions on flattop, grill and pantry.
Maintain station and kitchen cleanliness through shift.
Identify and Communicate potential issues with all co-workers:Â management, back of house and front of house.
Comply with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.
Complete required training. SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: Verbal Communication, Dependable, Productive, Customer Service Oriented, Self-Motivated, Team Player, Able to Take Direction, Multi-Tasker, Flexible with Schedules, Basic Knife-Handling Skills, High Volume Capabilities, Understanding of Product Placement, Able to Work in a Standing Position for Long Periods of Time While we prefer candidates with a minimum of 1 year of line cook experience, Little Pub Company is willing to train the right person, with the right work ethic and attitude.
