Job Description: This position is responsible for driving the day to day operations of two restaurants: Ill Villaggio Osteria, a full service Italian concept offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and room service, and Bar Enoteca, a newly opened wine bar offering small plates for breakfast and dinner. The Area General Manager, along with the Executive Chef, directs a team of 4 assistant managers, a beverage director, 4 sous chefs, and by extension a staff of 80 individuals tasked with creating memorable experiences for every guest. We define Hospitality as the feeling a guest experiences during their time with us, generated by a combination of emotional warmth and technical prowess.
