The Clocktower is currently seeking Sous Chef candidates with:
2+ years of culinary management experience in a reputable restaurant;
a dedication to culinary excellence, team success and growth;
an intimate understanding of ingredients and techniques pertaining to Modern European cuisines;
a strong understanding of administrative tasks including inventory, purchasing, scheduling;
a desire to learn from our culinary leaders and develop professionally and personally.
This an AM sous chef role; open availability for early morning shifts a must!
