Blu 57 is an seafood restaurant in the Andersonville Neighborhood of Chicago. We have an award winning international chef and are serving a menu of plates, seafood, & steaks. We also have a pre fixe menu that is building momentum. We are looking for all front of house positions to join our team.

- Basset Certification
- Serve Safe certification
- Must have a passion for food
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to provide friendly charismatic service.
- Great attitude
- Experience preferred
- Wine knowledge a plus
