Job Details

** Michelin Acadia restaurant looking for dedicated, passionate people to add to the FOH team. 3 years fine dining experience preferred. Career minded people also preferred. Servers- Basic/good wine knowledge. 2 years in a fine dining establishment at a similar caliber level. Speak eloquently, have poise, grace and polish.

Server Assistants- Basic wine knowledge. Efficient. A strive to move up eventually. Willingness to learn.

Food Runner- Must speak English. Disciplined work ethic. Team player. Organized.

The sophisticated, elegant space of Acadia provides a perfect house for the simultaneously contemporary and classic cuisine from Chef McCaskey. Divided into a bar space, dining room and private dining room, Acadia is comfortable and inviting, with natural elements throughout. Soaring ceilings and colors of warm neutrals, cool grays, chocolate and sage are peppered throughout the minimal space. An open kitchen and wine room reinforce the fact that Acadia is first and foremost about great food and wine, and attention to detail paid to both.
