Alinea seeks motivated individuals to join our team full-time, 4-5 days/week, about 45-50 hours per week. The ideal candidate can effortlessly multi-task, maintains a positive team-oriented attitude, and works diligently to ensure all standards of food and wine service are met in preparation for each night of service.
Job Overview: Primary member of staff tasked with maintaining, storing, cleaning, and stocking equipment necessary to all departments of Alinea. Ensure all standards of cleanliness and functionality are met for dishware, glassware, utensils, cooking tools, furniture, facade, interior decor, and other physical property of the establishment. Additional maintenance and cleaning duties may be assigned by management in order to improve the guest experience.
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift 25 lbs.
Weekly Schedule: Alinea is open Wednesday through Sunday
