Billy Sunday, one of Chicago's top cocktail destinations, from Chef Matthias Merges (A10, Old Irving Brewing) is accepting resumes the position of Chef. This is an opportunity to craft a food menu that entails the same care and technique that is found in our cocktails and on our vintage spirits list. The ideal candidate has 2 years management experience, either as Sous or Chef, a desire to work closely with Folkart Restaurant leadership on dishes and menus, and a function knowledge of labor & food costing.
