GreenRiver is seeking experienced servers to join our team.
Servers perform the primary duties of leading the guest experience at the table, creating memorable experiences for our guests each time that cause them to have no choice but to return. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop a breadth and depth within cocktail and beverage education, as well as interact with and serve a seasonally-inspired food menu from Chef Aaron Lirette.
The ability to move quickly and safely, prioritizing tasks, is essential for success in this position.
Requirements and Skills:
• Executes steps of service with efficiency and grace in a high-volume setting
• Demonstrates knowledge and salesmanship of food and beverage offerings
• Excels in a team-focused environment
• Has a working knowledge of spirits, cocktail culture and wine.
• BASSET Certification (required within 30 days of employment)
• ServSafe or Sanitation Certificate (required within 30 days of employment)

Located on the 18th floor of 259 E. Erie, GreenRiver is the first Chicago restaurant by famed NYC restauranteur Danny Meyer.
