Heisler Hospitality is currently looking for extraordinarily motivated employees for one of our newest projects, Bad Hunter.  Potential candidates should exhibit professionalism, attention to detail, optimistic perspectives, the willingness to learn and grow and comfortability providing ‘casually elegant’ customer service. This is an ideal position for those who are dedicated to the art of hospitality and enjoy fast-paced high energy establishments.

We are looking to grow our team with humble, motivated people that share our great passion of cooking. We are seeking Line Cooks who have a strong work ethic, can multitask and execute well in a team environment. Our management team consists of seasoned professionals who have worked at some of the best restaurants in the Chicago area. Ideal candidates are highly motivated and effective at working in a fast-paced environment.

Line Cooks will be responsible for preparation and execution of dishes, organizing work stations, working closely with the chef in problem solving, developing new recipes, training new kitchen members, and helping expand kitchen strategies.
