Hogsalt Hospitality's flagship restaurant, Gilt Bar, located at 230 W. Kinzie Street is seeking a Porter to join their team! The restaurant is part of Hogsalt Hospitality, run by Brendan Sodikoff, which includes Au Cheval, Bavette's, Doughnut Vault, Green Street Smoked Meats, High Five Ramen, Maude’s Liquor Bar and 3 Greens Market.

Our ideal Porter would be someone who is friendly, hospitable and smart. We need someone who can navigate a bustling environment with grace and make good decisions on the fly. Evening and weekend availability is a requirement. 

Gilt Bar features New American fare designed for sharing. Guests can enjoy a curated menu of seasonally inspired small plates, pastas, seafood and grilled entrees, including the signature Tenderloin steak tartare and ricotta gnocchi along with a cocktail-driven menu of bar classics, including Old Fashioneds, 75’s, Manhattans and Martinis.
