Line Cooks are responsible for preparing high quality food in a timely, efficient, safe and sanitary manner. Responsibilities include following established recipes, procedures, and presentation specifications as well as meeting food and safety standards. Line Cooks maintain their stations in a clean, sanitary and orderly manner and partner with Chefs, Prep Cooks, Butchers, Dishwashers, Runners, Managers, and other team members to ensure that each and every guest receives exceptional food and hospitality.
Line Cooks will join a team-oriented kitchen to share their enthusiasm about food, charcuterie, cheese and beer.
Applicants must be available to work evenings and weekends, and be able to lift 50lbs.
