Mina Group – a prestigious and innovative restaurant group is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee and lead full-cycle accounting.  This is an exciting opportunity for an accounting professional who is looking to grow, work in a collaborative team and for a fast paced and growth company!

-Understand completely all programs, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines and training programs. 
-Offer positive solutions to problems or issues and be a voice that is part of the decision making team.

Essential Job Functions:
Process, manage or oversee all outlet bookkeeping and accounting functions including: 
- Reconcile multiple cash and bank accounts
Process or oversee all AP and AR functions
- Payroll – process full cycle payroll including tips, benefits, accruals, new hires, garnishments
-Assist in POS programming and maintenance. 
-Assist in annual budget process. 
-Prepare EOM F/S for ownership. 
-Participate in EOM close process with management. 
-Calculate various expenses such as monthly rent and state sales tax. 
-Process Purchase Orders. 
-Prepare various tax forms for agencies. 
-Maintain fixed asset schedules. 
-Respond to guest and employee questions or requests for information. 
-Maintain Prepaid and Accrual accounts. 
-Work with outlet management on various analysis, problem solving and reporting projects.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of Accounting experience, preferably in a restaurant or hotel environment. 
- Excellent communication and organization skills. Ability to interact professionally and diplomatically with a variety of business partners, guests, colleagues, direct reports. 
- Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
