Job Details
As a new addition to Midtown Manhattan, we are seeking experienced Support Staff to join our team! As a team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
We will be conducting interviews on Monday 9/21 + Tuesday 9/22 from 12 PM - 4 PM. Please message us for the location and a scheduled time slot.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to customers’ tables rapidly and accurately
- Food Running/Busser/Bar Back
- Act as the contact point between Front of the House and Back of the House staff
- Assist the wait staff with table setting by fetching and placing appropriate tableware, eating utensils and napkins
- Ensure food is served in accordance with safety standards (e.g. proper temperature)
- Helping the team by bussing tables, cutting fruit, preparing bar garnishes, etc.
- Set up/break down of the bars
- DOH standards practiced and enforced
Skills/Experience:
- Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules
- Organizing kitchen tickets to efficiently and accurately send food to guests
- Physical ability to carry heavy trays
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends
- Multi-tasking abilities
- Good oral communication skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced work environment
Open Availability and Weekends are a must!
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35) plus tips
