We are a small independent pizza restaurant in the heart of Del Ray (Alexandria, VA) and have been open since 2021. We care about craft, quality, and doing things the right way, but we also care about enjoying the time we spend together. Pizza is what we're known for, but our team's background runs through Michelin kitchens and dining rooms. We pride ourselves on offering the best possible craftmanship and make everything in house from the ice creams to the cheese we put on our pizza. At our core, we are a neighborhood restaurant, and we want our service style to match the welcoming, friendly nature of the neighborhood that has embraced us.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the restaurant or food industry. Previous experience is not required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Smile!
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
- Provide excellent customer service through knowledge of and passion for our menu
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Prepare and serve beverages to customers following standard recipes
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide personalized recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
- Handle cash transactions and operate the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a restaurant or food service environment (not required)
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with guests over a love for food and beverage
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in serving and table maintenance
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus

Compensation: Hourly ($12.77) plus tips
