Manager

Upside Pizza is looking for an experienced and motivated Pizza Manager to join our team.

We’re a fast-paced, high-volume New York slice shop, and we’re looking for someone who knows pizza, knows how to lead a team, and isn’t afraid to jump in wherever needed. This is a hands-on management position.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily shop operations, including opening, closing, cash handling, and inventory
• Lead, train, and manage the team during service
• Maintain product quality, consistency, and shop cleanliness
• Ensure the shop is properly staffed and prepared for busy service
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Coordinate ordering, inventory, and prep needs
• Ensure DOH standards and company procedures are followed
• Jump into service and support the team wherever needed

Requirements:

• Previous management experience in a busy NYC pizzeria or restaurant
• Pizza experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Reliable, organized, and hands-on
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
• Full-time availability
