We are seeking a General Manager who embodies gracious hospitality, thoughtful leadership, and a true passion for the restaurant industry. The General Manager works to enrich our culture by delivering outstanding hospitality and redefining guest expectations through moments that surprise, details that delight, and flavors that linger long after the last plate is cleared.

- A minimum of 4 years of progressive management experience in a well-rated, service-driven restaurant
- At least 2 years of full restaurant P&L management experience
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring salaried managers and hourly FOH staff
- Strong financial acumen with the proven ability to oversee cost control, labor management, and bottom-line profitability
- Basic PC knowledge and comprehension (Word, Excel, scheduling software, Open Table or Resy, Applicant Tracking /Onboarding HR systems)
