• Proven experience as a Chef in an upscale or fine dining kitchen
• NYC Food Protection Certificate (FPC) a must
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills

• Commitment to consistency and excellence
Ability to control inventory and manage cost
Creative and visionary approach to traditional dishes
