Job Details

The general manager at Gem Home will be responsible for the following:

Inventory management of all FOH items
Overseeing production and labeling of new grocery items
Ensuring all shelves are stocked and organized at all times
Daily meeting with kitchen manager to discuss any menu changes
Print new food menus / wine lists as needed
Opening & closing the store as needed
Maintenance of cash drawer
Organization of all incoming invoices
Staffing of front of house team
Training new front of house team members
Sending out end of day email to ownership & director of operations
Relaying any wine or beer needs to the beverage director
POS maintenance
Event oversight - work in tandem with Cove / Gem Home event admin on executing all events
Act as day of contact for events at Gem Home
Work on building out off-site event and catering business
Oversee roll out of delivery initiatives
