Castell’s is seeking polished, energetic Assistant Captains to support the service team and help deliver a seamless fine dining experience.
Responsibilities include supporting captains throughout service, assisting guests, communicating between the dining room and kitchen, maintaining proper service standards, and stepping in wherever needed during busy periods.
Ideal candidates should have:
• Strong cocktail and wine knowledge
• Proper wine service skills
• Fish filleting and tableside service skills
• Strong tray handling skills
• POS knowledge
• Excellent communication and fluent English
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to stay composed and organized under pressure
• A team focused, guest first attitude
Fine dining experience strongly preferred.
Compensation Details
Compensation: Hourly ($11.35)
