Restaurant Manager

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to join our team and help ensure smooth, professional service during conventions and special events.

• Oversee employees and ensure the team is performing efficiently and professionally.
• Monitor the floor throughout events and address any issues quickly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and convention attendees.
• Oversee event operations and make sure service runs smoothly from start to finish.
• Coordinate with staff, event organizers, and other team members as needed.
• Ensure company standards for customer service, presentation, and professionalism are consistently maintained.
• Handle unexpected situations and provide solutions in a calm and professional manner.
• Support the team and lead by example during busy events.

• Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Event Manager, Restaurant Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional, dependable, and organized.
• Comfortable working during conventions, large events, and busy service periods.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
