Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee daily front-of-house operations and ensure consistent service standards

Lead, coach, train, and develop FOH team members

Manage the floor during service and proactively address guest needs

Collaborate with culinary, beverage, and leadership teams to ensure seamless operations

Assist with scheduling, staffing, performance management, and employee development

Maintain health, safety, and operational compliance standards

Support reservations, private events, and overall guest experience

Assist with labor management, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

2+ years of restaurant management or FOH leadership experience

Experience in an upscale, full-service restaurant environment preferred

Strong understanding of hospitality and service standards

Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment

Working knowledge of restaurant technology, reservation systems, and Microsoft Office

Experience with inventory, purchasing, and vendor management preferred
Restaurant Manager Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $70,000–$85,000, depending on experience
