Julia Valler Event Staffing is looking for professional and reliable Banquet Servers to join our Washington, DC team.
We work with a wide variety of clients and venues throughout the DC area, from corporate events and private celebrations to galas, receptions, and other high-profile events. If you enjoy hospitality, work well in a fast-paced environment, and want the flexibility to choose opportunities that fit your schedule, we’d love to hear from you.
What you’ll do:
• Provide professional food and beverage service at events
• Set up and break down event spaces and service areas
• Serve plated dinners, buffets, cocktail receptions, and other event formats
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance and positive attitude
• Work closely with captains, bartenders, and other event staff to ensure smooth service
• Deliver the level of hospitality our clients and guests expect
-Reliability and punctuality
-Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
-Be a US citizen, or permanent resident or have valid work authorization and SSN card
-Being able to Must follow directions, respond proactively and work well as a team
-Commitment to delivering personal best every time
-Ability to lift and carry up to 45 lbs (for server/bartender positions)
-At least 1 year of experience in the role applying for.

Compensation: Hourly ($20.00 - $30.00)
