Captain

An established fine dining restaurant is seeking an experienced Captain for a full-time position.

Qualifications:

A minimum of one year of NYC fine dining experience is required.

Candidates should be confident in formal wine and table service and comfortable adapting their experience to our traditional approach to fine dining and hospitality. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced, high-level service environment are essential.

We are looking for a professional, career-oriented team player who is dependable, eager to learn, and committed to providing exceptional guest service.

Knowledge of a second language is a plus, but not required.
